Step 1 · Objective Tests

Two short efforts tell us a lot about your natural gears. Be honest and recent.

200m all-out — how to test: Warm up 10–15 min (easy jog + drills + strides). From a standing start, run 200m all-out on a track or measured flat course, relaxed at ~90–95%. Do 2–3 trials with 5–10 min rest and enter your best time.
One decimal is fine — e.g. 31.4
Endurance time trial (required): Your recent best for one of the distances below. Beginners may use the 1-mile option.
